A great new opportunity in a high performing team has recently materialised for a skilled Data Engineer within one of our clients based in Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will have good all-round knowledge of various databases and system architecture, and will have a solid understanding around scalability, reliability and data storage.
Working at the coal-face and getting elbow deep writing application code, you will be leading and mentoring junior colleagues, developing APIs that access rich and complex data sets. To be successful, you will need to have strong skills in ML model integration into data production pipelines, as you will be building frameworks for ML model development and training.
